Returns & Exchanges

 

HAIR, HAIRPIECE, WIGS, CUSHIONS, HAIR FORMS:
For sanitary reasons and because of the personalized nature of my custom-made pieces all hairpiece, wig, cushion and hairpiece, wig or cushion kits sales are FINIAL.

Exchanges on these items are only accepted if they arrive damaged or defective or the error is mine. Exchanges on these items need to contact me within 7 days of delivery and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. All Exchanges on these items must be approved before being shipped back to Jennylafleur or the exchange will not be accepted.

I ship all of my items with tracking, so I will use the tracking delivery date to determine timelines. I recommend that you re-ship with tracking and insurance. If I do not receive your package, I will be unable to issue an exchange.


OTHER ITEMS:
I am happy to accept returns or exchanges for other items such as accessories, flowers, combs, clips or feathers, ect, for any reason within a limited timeframe. Returns must shipped back, in original condition, within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee (25% for custom orders). Initial shipping and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.

Exchanges must shipped back, in original condition, within 14 days of the delivery. Exchanges have the option to exchange your item for another or receive store credit for future purchases, however shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that I do not refund or cover shipping either way for a return or exchange, unless the error is mine.

After 15 days from the date of delivery, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any item for any reason.
