MADE-TO-ORDER VS READY-TO-SHIP

This shop is a mix of items that are ready-to-ship and items that are made-to-order, carefully crafted and styled by me just for you. Please look at each listing to determine what kind of item you are purchasing and it’s estimated shipping timeline. 

Ready-to-Ship items are shipped in 5-7 days.
Made-to-Order or Custom items are shipped in 5-8 weeks.

Some items may be completed faster than this, depending on the exact item, their position in the ordering queue and the current volume of orders. If you need something by a particular date, please contact me before you order to ensure that I can accommodate your deadline.

All items in a single order will be shipped at one time, to avoid a shipping delay on ready-to-ship items please place a separate order for these items.

PETS & ALLERGIES

Please note that I do have resident cats that enjoy being with me in my workspace while I create. I work in a 100% smoke free environment.

If you have any product or ingredient allergies please let me know so I can be sure not to use hair products (such as hair spray or cleansers) that contain them.
